cinnamon raisin overnight oats

hot weather calls for cool breakfasts & this is my favorite go-to meal

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup rice milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. raisins
  • 1/2 apple diced (optional)






1. Combine all ingredients except the apple in a mason jar or glass dish & stir well to combine
2. Place covered bowl in refrigerator overnight
3. In the morning, top the oat mixture with diced apple, grab a spoon & dig in!
